I teach movement that makes you feel young and free in your body.
I am no stranger to feeling tight and restricted in my range of movement. Even though I was a professional dancer, dance teacher & fitness professional I would find that I would hit walls that felts unclimbable. I thought.... “I guess this is my end range” and became complacent with what I had.
I also am no stranger to pain and injury. I was able to rehab most until one injury to my psoas. My body just would not bounce back, no matter what I did. I spent thousands on rehab and therapys to help over a 9 month period. It would feel ok for a time and then it would creep back in. I was starting to just accept that this is the way it is from now on.
I started to study movement science, trauma informed somatic approaches, Somatic Movement & Exercise I learned a new way of moving that opened up the floodgates.
Within one week of somatic movement & exercise, my pain from the injury ceased, and honestly I was astonished. The even more amazing part is that I have not once felt any pain in that area, and its been over a year since I felt relief.
